Nourish and Detoxify
Food is the first place we start. Through correct seasonal foods and herbs, you will nourish, detoxify, and repair your body’s immune system and reduce stress. The cleanse greatly decreases inflammation, the main source of imbalance that contributes to most injuries, syndromes, diseases and illnesses outside and within the body.
Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) present a path toward addressing imbalances. At the core, both of these practices draw from the fact that we’re intuitively bound and guided by nature.
