Yoga Nidra is highly beneficial for all who practice and requires no physical ability.
Fun fact: 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of TWO hours of undisturbed sleep… and you’ll be experiencing 2 full 45-minute sessions, so prepare to get rest!!
