This watermelon salad recipe is a unique blend of sweet watermelon, creamy avocado and rich sesame oil. It fits in well at the picnic, alongside anything grilled.

- 5 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup cilantro
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- In a bowl add watermelon, avocados and cilantro
- Add salt, pepper and lemon juice
- Mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds
