Yoga Nidra is the practice of Yogic Sleep and one of the most powerful and gentle gateways to healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Personally, this practice has been potent medicine for me in healing from physical and emotional injury and in shifting my personality to be more energized, open and joyful.

Through nidra, you are led to a state of conscious sleep – much like a lucid dream. While in the nidra state you are able to witness your nervous system move into a state of homeostasis. This practice has the potential to guide you beyond what you know through your senses to access the sub-conscious mind.
The consistent practice of yoga nidra develops mental clarity and the ability to observe mental activity rather than be distracted by it. In the nidra state, you are given the opportunity to clear out unconscious programming and cultivate new neuro-pathways, which can bring about shifts in perception and the awakening of new potential.
