I aim to teach a yoga practice that is thoughtful, incorporating principles of alignment-focused movement.
My classes are accessible and down-to-earth yet challenging and expansive. I place an emphasis on physical alignment and mindful breathing and I give you the freedom to adjust, trust yourself and find freedom.
