An unforgettable winter weekend beneath the world’s largest trees and California’s darkest skies.

Our annual retreat weaves together yoga with astrology, stargazing, land stewardship, ceremony and storytelling to create a community-centered experience within the peaceful mountains and rivers of Sequoia National Park. 

We gather over a long New Moon weekend to connect the studies of astrology and astronomy with our experience here on earth, all while resting at the picturesque Buckeye Tree Lodge alongside the Kaweah River.

Together we’ll practice daily yoga and yoga nidra themed to the day's astrology, explore Sequoia National Park, stargaze beneath California's darkest starry skies each night, and feast fireside as a group in our Riverside Lodge.

You can expect:

Delicious shared meals prepared by our in-house chef using local ingredients. We’ll gather around the table in our own riverside lodge. Many dietary options are available including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, low/no sugar, gluten free, and anyone with special dietary concerns.

We’ll begin and end each day with mindful movement practices, workshops and experiences, exploring the season, astrology, and our relationship to ourselves and this earth.

Immerse yourself in awe beneath the world’s largest trees and California’s dark skies. We’ll explore the constellations, share stories, and open up to the vastness of the universe with nightly stargazing, and a special Pisces New Moon ceremony.

Enjoy the incredible beauty of Sequoia Park and its surrounding region including private access to the Kaweah river, trails, and the Three Rivers, California communities.

Our time in Three Rivers will be consciously dedicated to honoring these values and supporting the beauty and community of this unique region.

Wherever possible, we strive to uplift and support the sustainability, conservation, and community of the Sequoia Park region through education, exposure and investment. Three Rivers and the Buckeye Tree Lodge are a home for us and we are so honored to share it with you.

Cancellation Policy

A $350 deposit will secure your space at the retreat and is not refundable. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat weekend (January 17, 2023).

If you book 30 days before the retreat, a deposit of 50% of total will secure your space. The remaining balance will be due on or before February 10, 2023.

Cancellation requests submitted more than 45 days of the retreat date will be refunded 100% (less deposits). Requests within 30 days of the retreat date are refunded 25% of total amount (less deposits). Less than 15 days of the retreat date are non-refundable, no exceptions. 

Unexpected events can occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance as exceptions cannot be made for any reason (including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies).
